OUR PRODUCTION FACILITIES

PRE-CLEANING AND DESTONING

When paddy comes into the mill, it contains foreign materials like weed seeds, soil and other materials. It is essential that these foreign elements are removed in order to optimise the efficiency of the mill and to obtain good quality rice.

DEHUSKING OR DEHULLING PROCESS

We use high quality dehusking machines to produce brown rice. As such, maximum husk is cleared in a single process, thus reducing cost of production.

PADDY SEPARATION

Paddy separators are utilised to separate unhusked paddy from the brown rice. As we use high quality huskers, unhusked paddy is reduced to meagre 10%.

WHITENING AND POLISHING

White rice is produced by removing the bran layer and the germ from the brown rice. A series of at least four whitening machines are used consecutively to reduce the percentage of broken grains, hence, our rice contains minimal broken grains.

LENGTH GRADING PERCISION

Indent graders are used during the high precision grading and separation process which results in very little broken grains.

RICE BLENDS

We use volumetric mixers to get high quality rice which contains more than 98% whole kennels. Therefore, our products have the desired quality.
